    No to all.

    It’s within reason a blood transfusion could spread it, but I’m not aware of that ever happening.

    I don’t believe so. The host is the deer tick. Cats, deer, dogs, humans can be infected, but I don’t believe an infected party can transfer the disease to another party. There would not be sufficient (or any) bacteria in saliva.
