our bichon dog has had more ticks this year than ever before… we are using the monthly Frontline treatment… I am wondering if other dogs are having more ticks……….or what the problem could be?

Yesterday a friend of mine was attached by my neighbors dog. He did not bit him my friend was able to kick him off he’s in the hospital now with a broken arm. How can I tell if he has house insurance or pet insurance for that dog. We are in Jacksonville, FL

if she has ticks, we need to shave her and de-tick her, but i cant really tell if she has ticks unless i shave her. i dont want to shave my beautiful himilayan/ragdoll cat if theres a chance she didnt get them

i heard that garlic and vinegar are good and also lavender but i don’t want to hurt her nor her puppies. they are chi-weenie puppies

she gets covered and I spend 30 minutes a day getting them all of, I use Hartz flea and tick shampoo but it doesn’t work, so whats the best thing to use? yea i’ve read about hartz, but I read after i bought the stuff, whats the price for good stuff?

we give our dog the flea and tick repellant from our vet but it doesnt seem to work because we keep on finding more and more ticks. we have not seen a tick in our house but we are concerned that we might have an infestaion what do you think?

I stumbled upon animal insurance recently on the internet. i had never heard of such a thing, Is this legitimate? What are some good and reasonable places to insure my cats that my vet will approve? Do I need to talk to him about my options?
