    You will have to have to shave your dog.

    Are you sure they’re not some type of tick? That’s the only thing I can think of that matches your description.

    Put some of them in a ziploc bag and take them to the vet so they can figure out what they are.

    Oh thats really wrong… They are bed bugs and that red liquis is blood either from you or your dog… We are recently getting rid of those today by having and exterminator… But look them up on google by searching bed bugs and compare… Once they bite you, you get really itchy

    Ooh you might have bedbugs. These are EXTREMELY hard to get rid of because u have to get it done professionally. Bedbugs just recently came back into the US about two years ago they are black armored bugs with a reddish tint to them look em up and I’m sorry if I’m wrong. I’ve heard of two ways to get rid of them 1 call and spend a lot to have the house professionally heated to 150 degrees or to get rid of all ur beds bedframes toys carpets all that stuff and shave ur dog poor dog. I hope I got the right bugs good luck
