my dog wylie 5 years old has never had any issues and for some reason his body looks like a seizure but he will try to do the commands i give him. he will try to walk twords me as i call him but his head is jerking from side to side toes spread all the way apart, and legs bouncing from side to side but he can wag when i talk to him. he didnt get into anything hes been on the couch all day with me. this has only happened 2 times befor this in the 5 years i have had him and has been years apart. his pupals are dialated (sorry cant spell) but he is not aggressive at all and he looks very sad. when it first starts it looks like he is having troubles breathing but he is breathing normal his head is high and back straight. then he colapses into the lay were he is twitching but is trying to get up and walk twords me. he has a little foam come to his mouth but only about a quarter amount.

he seems to start getting better after about 5 min of his body doing this once he makes it to his feet he will start walking as his legs are twitching badlyout to the side (they look like they are going to break) and i take him out side the air seems to help. as he walks around it starts to lesson and then he starts walking normal the hole time his jaw is clenched when walking though. he is compleatly lucid the hole time and trying to controle what is going on. it happens long after he eats usualy around midnight the 3 times it has happened and he seems to know it is going to happen as he wont go to bed and gets far away from everyne(usualy hes following me around) please help yes i plan on taking him into the vet i just want to know if anyone knows what this could be to make sure i ask the vet every possible question thanks. i would like to add last time i took him to the vet for this last year they found nothing wrong with him even when they did blood work.
he has seen 3 vets last time 2 did blood work all said he is perfectly healthy

Take him to a different vet!

Take the very good description to your vet. You may also look into vets specializing in neurology. You may get speculative answers here, but understand that a vel eval is really the only thing to do.
