because i have no idea what kind of tick it is, it is completly black, round smooth shell. I found 6-7 of them on him in different sizes, some considerably larger than others. When i crushed the bugs they didnt appear to have red bood in them but black stuff.

It was flat, but the body was rounded, six legs and two front pincers. Color was brown and it was very hard to kill. Had to use fingernail to cut it in half. It wasn’t a tick, I have taken those off my dog. I don’t believe bed bugs have pincers. Any ideas?
