Cats love to sleep, all my two cats seem to do is eat and sleep. I have had my oldest cat for around 12 or 13 years now and I think he’s shown me a thing r two about where cats like to sleep ;)
Cats LOVE heat. My cats will sleep upstairs on my landing in the most random places and it is because the boiler in our kitchen is right underneath and they can feel the heat. They’ll also sleep in my sisters cupboard where there is some big fluffy cushions. Cats also love their peace and quiet. If I walk in on my cats sleeping, they give me an evil glare.
I suggest if it’s a kitten it’ll love your room with lots of stuff to do, but as it grows up it’ll maybe want more peace like in your sisters room to sleep. You could maybe come to some agreement of swapping the bed round once it has grown up ;)

Hope this helped, good luck xx

Put a bed set up in both rooms and she can have her choice, if she wants peace and quiet, she go in that room. If she wants a bit of noise she will go in that room. It is a big responsiblity are you sure you can do this.
