Just curious, since I have 2 free roam ferrets but they refuse to sleep when I go to bed. They share my bedroom with me and are constantly nibbling my feet during the night! :-) They have a cage in which they sleep sometimes but it’s not a very big cage and they get out of it frequently. I’m considering purchasing a large dog crate since they’re cheaper than a ferret cage and I still want my boys to be free roam, I just want them to have somewhere nice, quite roomy, and secure for them to be in whilst I’m asleep.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks in advance.

P.S the crate I’m looking at is the second one, the one underneath the wooden one on here

They throw themselves at the door whilst one and it swings open quite regularly. I’m generally not happy with that cage lol hence looking for a dog crate.
i don’t know where the ‘whilst one’ came from :S

you think a dog crate would be safe then? I was just worried about the bar spacing to be honest, looks as if they might get through at the bottom.
